Klorpromazin, şizofreni ve diğer psikozlarda kullanılan fenotiyazin grubu antipsikotiktir. Bu kayıt oral tabletleri kapsar; uyku hali, ortostatik hipotansiyon ve hareket bozuklukları açısından izlem gerekir.

Ne İçin Kullanılır?
Türkiye Largactil tabletinde erişkinde akut/kronik psikoz; altı yaş üzeri çocuklarda ajitasyon ve saldırganlıkla seyreden ağır davranış bozuklukları. Yabancı etiketlerde dirençli hıçkırık ve başka kullanımlar da bulunur; bunlar otomatik olarak Türkiye endikasyonu değildir.
Kullanılmaması Gereken Durumlar
Alerji, kemik iliği depresyonu, agranülositoz öyküsü, dar açılı glokom veya üretroprostatik hastalığa bağlı idrar retansiyonu riski; sitalopram, essitalopram veya antiparkinson amaçlı olmayan kabergolin ile kombinasyon. Türkiye etiketi bir yaş altında kontrendikedir; tablet endikasyonu çocuklarda altı yaş üzeriyle sınırlıdır.
Acil Değerlendirme Gerektiren Uyarılar
Ateş, kas sertliği ve bilinç değişikliği nöroleptik malign sendromu düşündürür ve acil değerlendirme gerektirir. Bayılma/çarpıntı, yeni istemsiz hareketler, ciddi alerji veya ateş-boğaz ağrısında gecikmeden yardım alın. Tedaviyi kendi kendinize aniden kesmeyin.
Chlorpromazine Gebelikte ve Emzirme Döneminde Kullanılır mı?
Gebelikte Kullanım
Gebelikte yeterli veri yoktur; yalnız hekim yarar–risk değerlendirmesiyle kullanılmalıdır. Son üç ayda maruz kalan yenidoğanda kas tonusu/hareket bozukluğu, uyku hali, solunum veya beslenme güçlüğü ve çekilme belirtileri gelişebilir; doğum sonrası izlem gerekir.
Emzirme Döneminde Kullanım
Anne sütüne geçer; Türkiye ve İngiltere etiketleri tedavi sırasında emzirmeyi önermez.
Chlorpromazine Kullanırken Alkol Alınır mı?
Alkol kullanmayın; uyku hali, dikkat bozukluğu ve diğer merkezi sinir sistemi etkileri artabilir.
Chlorpromazine Yan Etkileri
Uyku hali, baş dönmesi/ayağa kalkınca tansiyon düşmesi, ağız kuruluğu, kabızlık, görme uyum bozukluğu, kilo ve prolaktin artışı, akatizi/titreme veya kas katılığı görülebilir.
