Clinical significance and safety
Osimertinib increased fexofenadine exposure in the product-label interaction study. Telfast 120 mg contains this P-glycoprotein substrate, so the prescriber should review potential exposure-related adverse effects and the partner medicine’s own precautions. This does not mean every patient requires a dose change.
