Clinical significance and safety
For ritonavir-boosted darunavir (PREZISTA/ritonavir), ticagrelor and clopidogrel are not recommended. The risks differ: ticagrelor exposure may increase, while clopidogrel antiplatelet activity may decrease; the prescriber must select an appropriate plan.
