Clinical significance and safety
Lasmiditan can add to the sedating effects of Alprazolam. These individual combinations have not all been tested, but the label warns to use caution with other CNS depressants. A clinician should review the combination, and driving or operating machinery must be avoided for at least eight hours after lasmiditan even if the patient feels alert.
