Nabumetone and Clopidogrel (Plavix 75 mg): Monitoring for gastrointestinal and other bleeding may be needed. The combination is not automatically prohibited in every patient; cardiovascular benefit and bleeding risk must be considered together. Do not stop antiplatelet treatment to take a painkiller. Substantial bleeding, vomiting blood or black stools needs urgent assessment.
