Viewing pricing or following scope links does not create a purchase.<\/p><p>Requests about any earlier digital-product purchase are assessed under the conditions of that transaction and applicable mandatory consumer rights.<\/p><\/section><section id=\"op-refund-2\"><h2>2. How to request help or a refund<\/h2><p>For a refund, incorrect charge or delivery issue, contact <a href=\"mailto:bugra@ortaakarsu.com\">bugra@ortaakarsu.com<\/a>. Include the product, order or transaction number, transaction date and reason for your request.<\/p><p>Do not include full card numbers, security codes, passwords or identity documents. Redact unnecessary personal and financial information from any receipt. Do not attach patient names, medical records or a person\u2019s medication list.<\/p><\/section><section id=\"op-refund-3\"><h2>3. Delivery and charging issues<\/h2><p>Failure to provide the advertised scope, technical access failures, duplicate or unauthorised charges and defective-service claims are reviewed individually.
