Refund Policy

1. Scope and current status

This policy concerns digital products on ortaakarsu.net and the drug interaction reference-data access options advertised on the Price page.

Standard, Pro and Business memberships and the USD 6 single-page option are not on sale. No charge, prepayment or subscription fee is collected for these options. Viewing pricing or following scope links does not create a purchase.

Requests about any earlier digital-product purchase are assessed under the conditions of that transaction and applicable mandatory consumer rights.

2. How to request help or a refund

For a refund, incorrect charge or delivery issue, contact [email protected]. Include the product, order or transaction number, transaction date and reason for your request.

Do not include full card numbers, security codes, passwords or identity documents. Redact unnecessary personal and financial information from any receipt. Do not attach patient names, medical records or a person’s medication list.

3. Delivery and charging issues

Failure to provide the advertised scope, technical access failures, duplicate or unauthorised charges and defective-service claims are reviewed individually. This policy does not narrow statutory rights.

Before sales begin, each offer will explain its access duration, delivery, package scope, total price and any applicable refund window before purchase approval. No unconditional refund guarantee or fixed refund period is promised for plans that are not yet on sale.

4. Subscriptions and single-page access

These memberships are not active, so there is no automatic renewal or paid subscription to cancel for the proposed plans.

If subscriptions launch, the renewal schedule, method for stopping the next charge and the end of access after cancellation will be explained. Cancelling renewal and refunding an earlier charge are separate actions.

The access duration and digital-delivery conditions for the USD 6 single-page option will be stated before launch. Any required notice and express choices concerning digital-content withdrawal rights will be presented in accordance with applicable law.

5. Possible future sales through Paddle

Paddle integration and product approval have not been completed. This page does not imply an active seller or payment relationship with Paddle.

If a future sale is processed through Paddle, its buyer terms and refund process will also be considered under the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy. Refunds for Paddle transactions are processed through the relevant provider channels; Paddle buyer support may assist.

These references do not promise an unconditional Paddle refund for any transaction. Mandatory consumer rights and any more favourable applicable rights are preserved.
