Acalabrutinib with Apixaban (Eliquis 5 mg) requires an individual assessment of bleeding risk and treatment benefit, with close monitoring if both are necessary. This is not the same as saying that all antithrombotic combinations are automatically contraindicated. Seek urgent help for bleeding that will not stop, black stools or a new severe headache.
